      • Observation(s): Dented can found on shelf. Corrective Action: Ensure no dented or damaged cans are available on the retail floor. Dented and damaged cans may cause potential Botulism poisoning.
      • F1.7A The operator must ensure that all food on the premises is protected from contamination.

    • F1.6 Are the foods from approved sources and has the operator taken steps to ensure that the food is safe for consumption?
      • Observation(s): There is a bagged puffed chip item on display in ziplock bags and the item package is blank : no information is present on the package. All items for retail must state the information required by the federal labelling regulations. NOTE : all other items displayed in the premise are from approved sources and approved for sale.
    • F2.1 Does the facility have proper monitoring supplies?
      • Observation(s): A detailed log of all cooler temps must be maintained in daily operations log. A NSF certified thermometer is required in the cooler.

      • Observation(s): One of the large domestic coolers was 8C and needs to be lowered to a min 4C immediately. All coolers must be monitored and documented daily. ( This cooler can be used to store items other then hazardous raw ingredients ie. beverages , vegetables , etc. ) All other coolers are maintained below 4C.
