      • Primarily single use utensils.2 compartment sink used for dishwashing preparation items such a scoops.No sanitizer readily available. Used 100ppm chlorine or 200ppm QUATs in sanitizer compartment. Use test strips to verify concentration.Used 2 compartment sink method. Wash and rinse in first sink using soap and hot water, submerge in sanitizer for 2 minutes and let air dry. Will forward posted for 2 compartment sink method with email.
