- 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
- The dishwashing water takes more than 6 runs to warm up at all. Temperature measured on the 6th run was only 33C. This means dishes are not drying quickly and staff have been using dishcloths to dry dishes. Dishes should be air dried, if needed immediately a disposable paper towel may be used to dry. Using hotter water in the machine would result in dishes air drying faster. May 15, 2026: Mechanical dishwasher is non-operational is not used by the staff.Staff use 3-compartment sink for dishwashing.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- Few tiles above dishwasher area and freezers room (above racks beside exit door) are missing. Owner / Operator indicated there was a leak above which has been addressed.Ensure the leak has been properly addressed and ceiling tiles are replaced.
