      • The window located behind the oven was observed to be cracked. The operator has indicated plans to secure the area by boarding it up and will send photo to inspector.

      • The walk-in cooler measured 8-9C. Move any potentially hazardous items to another cold holding area until this unit can be fixed or replaced.There was a small blue spill under neath shelving in the walk in cooler. Please clean
