      • -There was a shelf in the OSC room that was higher than 4 feet. Please ensure it is secured to the wall
    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • The boys’ washroom near the preschool was missing a soap dispenser. The nearest dispenser was located far from the sink. Please ensure a soap dispenser is installed close to the sink to support proper handwashing.
    • 20. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Non-Critical)?
      • A mechanical component with small protruding metal points was found in the OSC room. The operator indicated that it was part of a tear-down activity for children. The component was removed onsite. Please ensure all activities and play equipment are age-appropriate and safe for children.
