      • - High temperature dishwasher is not operating properly. The dishwasher is not reaching adequate temperature for the sanitizing of kitchenware and utensils. The high-temperature dishwasher cycle is not operating properly as the dishwasher continuously running when operating. Please ensure the high-temperature dishwasher is repaired to ensure adequate rinse water temperature is reached and the cycles are operating correctly.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • - Poster paper and miscellaneous items found between the wall and refrigeration unit. An accumulation of debris was found underneath the stored items. Please ensure these incompatible items are removed to allow for adequate cleaning between the wall and the refrigeration unit.
