      • 1) Hot-held food was measured at 37-43C. Operator indicated that food had been prepared earlier that morning from a permitted facility. Hot-holding unit was adjusted, and foods were probed using thermometer available onsite at a temperature of 67C upon inspection later in the day. 2) Meat-containing products were being stored at room temperature.These foods were stored in cooler upon re-inspection, measured at 2.2C.
