- QUATS sanitizer measured above 400 ppm at time of inspection. pH test strips were available.
- New solution prepared on site and measured at 200 ppm. Corrected during inspection. Please obtain QUATS test strips. Comments Handwashing sink was equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel. Bi-weekly pest control service was provided. Pest traps were in place and no signs of pests were identified. Operator was reminded to keep back door exit closed all the time to prevent pest entry. Chemical dishwasher measured at 50 ppm chlorine after sanitizing rinse. Chlorine test strips were available. Temperature log was in place. Cooler temperatures measured at or below 4°C. Freezer temperatures measured at or below -18°C. Please clean and remove ice build-up at freezers routinely. Hot holder was not in use at time of inspection. Operator had valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certification.
