- 2 jugs of PREempt CS20 expired in 2021. Operator mentioned she just ordered new ones. Submit photos once orders arrived at the facility with expiry date of the CS20. Explained the process of using PREempt CS20 with Operator as per manufacturing direction. Operator soak implements in CS20 for 20 to 30 minutes, addressed rinsing implements with potable water as operator missed this step, air drying afterwards.Test strips along with daily monitoring of disinfectant is required. High level disinfectant monitoring log template was provided to the operator at the time of inspection and on the previous inspection. Another copy of the monitoring log will be provided with this report and must be completed daily.**THIS IS AN OUTSTANDING VIOLATION (2022-02-28). Daily test result of the high-level disinfectant must be recorded using the monitoring log provided.
