Pop line conduit contains standing water and syrup spills are noted around the conduit pipes.*Clean and sanitize the mentioned areas.*Remove standing water and clean and sanitize inside the pipe. Clean and sanitize the floor next to the pipe openings.

- The back door sweep provides an access point for mice. A repair is needed.

- The ceramic tile baseboard in the food preparation area is not in good repair. Grout lines have not been maintained. Some ceramic tile baseboard tiles have detached from the wall in the kitchen . Ceramic tile floor tiles in the food preparation area have become loose and grout lines are not sealed or maintained. Voids between tiles are present and water sits in these areas. Water does not flow to the floor drain. This makes cleaning difficult in the food preparation area.
