- The weatherstripping for the back exit door is in disrepair. A large gap is visible from the bottom and middle of the door. No signs of pest activity were observed during the inspection. Install weatherstripping and ensure no gap is visible between the door and the floor to prevent the entry of pests.

- Unopened flour, pancake and panko mix bags were stored on the floor in basement storage room.Ensure all food products are stored off the floor at least 6 inches to prevent potential contamination or pest attraction.The operator placed the food products on the shelf at the time of the inspection.

- Numerous food products such as melted chocolate, flour, cake ingredients had no cover to protect it from contamination. There was no staff member observed to be working in that station. Observed flies landing on the containers of the food products. Ensure that food products are covered when not in use to protect it from potential contamination from flies. The operator covered the food products at the time of the inspection.

Ensure waste containers are covered when not in use to prevent the attraction of flies. The operator placed lids on the waste containers at the time of the inspection.
