Surface temperature was noted at 10 degrees Celsius and probe temperature was recorded at 5 degrees Celsius.- As discussed, make sure that food containers are only filled to the fill line.- Ensure to follow proper cooling and heating procedures to keep food out of the danger zone of 4-60 degrees Celsius.
