- 1. Bleach sanitizer solutions were way too strong. Helped operator correct bleach to 100 ppm. Ensure employees understand how to correctly mix bleach sanitizer to 100ppm.The bleach test strips were old and yellowed. Purchase a new package of bleach test strips.
