      • Two of the bleach solution bottles in kinder room and blue room were not properly labelled.The staff labelled the bottles, during the inspection as directed by PHI.

      • It was observed that walls and ceilings (walls in the Kinder room, wall above the blinds in the blue room, ceiling in the baby and blue room) were in disrepair and paint was peeling off.Make sure that the indicated walls and ceiling be repaired and maintained in clean and sanitary conditions.
