- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- Kitchen area main floor has 3 sinks: two sinks with one faucet and another sink at the other end of counter. Water damaged was noted behind the faucet/sink edge with cracked counter surfacing. Examination beneath the sink revealed water damage, visible mold and strong moldy smell beneath the counter, around the faucets, around the sinks and within the cupboards below(cupboard floor).Remove the water damaged counter, finishes and cupboards in the kitchen area and replace with new durable and easy to clean materials.
