- 29(2)(a) A maintenance, cleaning and sanitation program must include procedures to ensure that all of the following are done:
(a) the food establishment and equipment are maintained, cleaned and sanitized;
- Operator must ensure that there is a food grade sanitizer being used on site during the hours of operation. 1/4 table spoon of bleach with a litre of water is considered a food grade sanitizer solution.
