      • Semi-critical equipment (Facial extractor) is not being adequately disinfected. Ensure semi-critical tools must be cleaned and disinfected using, at a minimum, a high-level disinfectant is acquired.The operator was advised to stop the services employing facial extractors until a high-level disinfectant.As discussed, the operator will not re-use the high-level disinfectant for 14 days. The disinfectant will be dumped after each use.

      • The operator was not maintaining sterility assurance documentation for sterile equipment used in the facility.The operator was advised to keep the record of the lot number, expiry date, and manufacturer's name of the pre-purchased sterile equipment used in the facility.
