- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 2-door sliding cooler (left side rented to operator) was noted storing food above 4.0C. The lowest air temperature attainable during the inspection was at 8.7C.
- Corrective Action(s): The following cold potentially hazardous food was discarded (internal temperature ranges between 7.9C - 10.0C) by the operator during the inspection - 3 containers of lentils, milk, yogurt, 2 containers of cream-based sauces, 1 container of vegetable and 1 container of cooked rice. No other cold potentially hazardous food items were left in this cooler by the end of inspection.
