    • 18. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this food facility (Non-Critical)?
      • Storage shelves was located by the fryer hood narrowing the space down to access the cooler and freezer. Relocate the shelve and passage to the freezer and cooler is clear.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • 1-Tiles above the window by the burner ventilation hood was broken/missing from the wall leaving area non cleanable. Repair the surface and ensure all wall surfaces are smooth, cleanable and in good repair.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Cleaning of the floor was unsatisfactory. Properly sweep and remove grease from the floor. Ensure floor is properly clean and sanitized prior to the re-inspection.
