      • O1: Frozen ready to eat meals in aluminum containers are not covered and protected from potentially contamination during storage in the walk-in freezer. Crates stacked on top of uncovered frozen ready to eat meals.
      • C1: Containers holding the aluminum containers must be covered during storage, or each food container must be covered. Comments Routine inspection conducted: - Handwashing stations fully stocked with running hot/cold water, liquid soap and paper towel in dispenser. - High temperature dishwasher sanitizing rinse measured at 74°C from the plate level. Good. - Quat sanitizer measured at 200 ppm, wiping cloth immersed in sanitizing solution. Good. - Temperatures of coolers and freezers are operating within safe limits. - Foods in hot holding unit measured at >70°C. - Coolers/Freezer monitored remotely with alarm notification. - Integrated pest management plan in place. - Food Safety Plan needs to be submitted to public health office for review by May 30, 2026. - Ensure Permit to Operate from Island Health is updated and posted in an area that is visible to patrons.
