- Service room was observed to have carpet that was visually stained. **Remove carpet and ensure flooring material chosen is smooth, easily cleanable and water resistant.
- 30. Is the reprocessing area of a personal service facility that uses reusable equipment properly designed, managed and maintained to ensure the safety of clients?
- Kitchen sink was being used for cleaning/reprocessing tools. **Kitchen sink cannot be used as cleaning/reprocessing sink. Operator noted that there was a laundry sink available on the main floor but would need to ask permission to use this.
