- Sterility documentation was not in place. Please ensure to record lot#, expiry date and manufacturer's name of the pre-sterilized items used onto the client form.
- 27. Is the facility maintained in a visibly clean state and are environmental surfaces cleaned and disinfected properly?
- Work surfaces are cleaned with baby wipes and disinfected with Saber disinfectant but the disinfectant had expired in 2022. Please provide new surface disinfectant.
