      • The intended hand washing sink is a small round sink that the faucet doesn't reach, a hose is attached to the faucet to reach that sink. However, it does not allow easy hand washing.Remove the attached hose and use the 2 compartment sink directly under the faucet. Designate one of the sinks for hand washing.Soap and paper towels available.
    • 14. Does the mobile food vendor have an adequate supply of potable hot and cold running water and is the water sampled at required intervals?
