- All reusable tools for pedicure and manicure are reprocessed with a sterilizer, and some were reprocessed without chemical indicator. -Despite sterilization exceeding disinfection level, verification of a pass chemical indicator is required for each cycle to confirm effective reprocessing.

- Cookies were served at the cashier area without sneeze protection and without package.- Food handling is not permitted without permit. Low-risk non-perishable foods must be served from it's original packaging. Cookies removed.
