      • *Bleach sanitizer spray bottle in the diaper changing room tested 50ppm. Operator mixed a new bleach solution that tested 100ppm.Ensure regular testing of the bleach sanitizer to confirm it is within the required concentration for effective use.

      • Diaper change table surface is wearing on the table edge from the bleach. Paint or seal the surface to maintain cleanability or replace with a new change table.

      • Two cases of respiratory illness that occurred within a seven-day period were not reported to public health.     • 31. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Critical)?
      • One bleach spray bottle in the bathroom did not contain bleach and a second bleach spray bottle contained an essential oil combined with bleach sanitizer which turned the test strip yellow. Mixing bleach with other chemicals will counteract against the bleach and reduce the sanitizer's effectiveness. Sanitizer solutions were remade 100 ppm bleach and staff were informed of the findings.
