     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Small amount of cooked rice from previous night stored in the walk in cooler. The probed rice temperature at 9 degree C
     • Corrective Action(s): Discarded. Ensure all potentially hazardous foods are cooled in proper manner. All cooked / hot held foods must be cooled from cooking or hot holding temp (60 degree C ) to 20 degree C with in 2 hours and from 20 degree C to 4 degree C with in 4 hours prior to storing in the cooler.
