      • Mouse droppings are present in all back storage rooms/areas.- Remove equipment from the wall and clean all mice droppings in the food premise. All shelves in the food premise need to be clean.- Remove any unused items in the facility that create harborage sites for pest.- Identify and closed up all mice holes on walls, floor and ceiling in the food premise to prevent pest entry. Lots of holes noted on the floor in the back food storage area/hallway. Use concrete and dry wall to close up all mice holes noted on the floor and walls in the back storage rooms/ areas.
