    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • Mechanical dishwasher was equipped with detergent, rinse agent and the maximum hot water temperature was at 71C.Two compartment sink was equipped with detergent, however, a QUAT concentration could not be detected using the inspectors QUAT test strips. Please ensure the QUAT is providing a concentration of 200-300ppm at the dish level. Please provide appropriate test strips for monitoring.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Staff washroom was missing paper towels. Ensure washroom is equipped with paper towels. Soap was present.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Staff washroom contained an accumulation of appliances. Please remove kitchen items from the washroom to prevent cross contamination.
