      • The cheeseburger roller bites were measured at 47.4 degrees C internal temperature. After the conversation with the staff member, the roller bites were discarded. Please ensure that the foods in the holding area are stored at 60 degrees C or more.
    • 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
      • - The displayed permit was until Sep 2024. Please ensure valid food handling permit is displayed.
