- Meat was at found to be at 7C in the inserts of the coolers.The operator placed the meat in the chest cooler.-Please ensure that the high-risk food is kept at around 4C or less and temperature of the inserts and chest coolers are kept at 4C There were no thermometers in the chest coolers. The operator placed new thermometers in the chest coolers.-Ensure that the functional thermometers are available to check the temperatures.
