- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle at 200ppm + (bleached test strip). Too high of concentartion of bleach will cause chemical contamination of food contact surfaces if not rinsed with water after.
- Corrective Action(s): Added water to spray bottle to make 100ppm. Always follow manufacturer's directions for correct dilution.
