      • Observation: Operator do not have staff on site with Foodsafe level 1 as his has expired. Some staff have valid Foodsafe level 1 but are not on site. Ensure the staff on site have a valid FoodSafe Level 1.
      • Corrective Action(s): At a later date after the Corvid-19 outbreak is over, ensure to have staff re-take Foodsafe Level 1.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle at 200ppm + (bleached test strip). Too high of concentartion of bleach will cause chemical contamination of food contact surfaces if not rinsed with water after.
      • Corrective Action(s): Added water to spray bottle to make 100ppm. Always follow manufacturer's directions for correct dilution.
