      • Chopped pineapple, cheddar cheese and sauce marinara were left in the cans after opening, located in walk in cooler.Requirement:Transfer food to food grade glass/plastic/stainless steel containers after opening the cans.

      • Paper dispensers located at hand washing sink in prep area and in dish washing area were empty.Requirement:Provide paper towels in the dispensers.
