- Some prewrapped, refrigerated sandwiches, and soups prepared in house then frozen did not have either the date of production or the best before date. Staff updated these. Please ensure foods prepared and sold in packaging have either a date of production or a consume by/best before date on them to inform customers.

- Shelves storing foods in the utility room behind the dish room were unfinished bare wood. Unfinished wood cannot be properly cleaned and sanitized if food is spilled or leaks. Please have the shelves resurfaced to be smooth, non-absorbent and easily cleanable.
