      • Raw protein stored above produce was moving during the inspection. Ensure fridge contents is stored in accordance with their internal cooking temperatures we produce and ready to eat foods above any raw protein.

      • Raw protein noted to be stored above produce, raw protein was moved to the bottom shelf during the inspection. Ensure raw protein products are stored in accordance with their internal cooking temperatures with already cooked foods and produce above anything raw.
