- E-mailed document on how to prepare a surface sanitizer.Chlorine (bleach) sanitizer in spray bottles was measured at 0 ppm. PHI advised to prepare a new solution more frequently as bleach tends to break down overtime due to light exposure, and to test the concentration routinely with test strips.
