It was observed that the washroom fluorescent lighting is inadequate as one the light tubes is not working. Ensure the fluorescent lights are in proper working order to provide adequate lighting in the washroom. Please repair.

An extension has been granted to correct this deficiency. New deficiency:The stand-up freezer is not working at this time. The operator is aware of the concern and has removed all food items from this unit. The equipment shall be removed and replaced in the near future.

- The premises owner completed some troubleshooting on the cooler. The food preparation cooler internal temperature was still measuring approximately 11 Celsius. The internal temperature of the high risk raw chicken wings was measured (by AHS and the operator) and recorded approximately 10 Celsius. During the inspection, the operator disposed eight kilograms of chicken wings. The unit can only be utilized for low risk food storage. Please have the refrigeration unit repaired so that it safely stored food below four Celsius.
