      • The sandwich prep cooler tested 9C during the inspection. Staff indicate maintenance has not looked at the cooler. Temperature logs indicate cooler is at 4C in the AM/PM. Continue to monitor temperatures and have maintenance repair if required. Use alternate cooler for storing foods if cannot maintain 4C.

      • Staff could not locate the thermometer inside the sandwich prep cooler. Ensure a thermometer is available and temperature logs are being recorded.

      • The sandwich prep cooler was observed to have a pool of water inside of it. Staff indicated that the cooler develops a buildup of ice on the condenser, then melts constantly throughout the day. Repair cooler so it is in good working order.
