- Observation: No hot water observed during inspection. Operator stated it takes about an hour and a half for water to be heated up. Hot water is necessary for adequate cleaning and sanitization.
- Corrective Action: Operator to provide hot water before operating.
- 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
- Observation: Observed build up of dust on exhaust fan which can dislodge and contaminate food. Floor at entrance and cupboards by sink had build up of food debris and/or dirt which can act a reservoir for bacteria.
- Corrective Action: Operator to clean and sanitize floors, cupboards and ceiling fan.
