Staff unsure of how long 3 trays of pizza had been at room temperature. Trays had mixed types of pizzas. Appeared some had been combined, therefore not known exactly how long each type had been out. Temperature of pizza was 26C - 33C
- Corrective Action(s): 3 trays of pizza discarded by staff on duty as they were unsure how long pizza had been at room temperature. Staff were knowledgeable about food safety procedures, but timers were not being used. Food safety procedures must be followed.
