- A sanitizer in a spray bottle was measured at 0ppm QUAT sanitizer. Ensure QUAT sanitizer is maintained at 200ppm. The operator prepared a 200ppm QUAT sanitizer during the inspection.

- The vertical broiler was observed to be turned off. Ensure that the vertical broiler is not turned off to slow down the cooking of the Donair cone. The operator turned the broiler on during inspection.

- A sanitizer spray bottle was observed without a label. Ensure all chemicals are labeled. The operator labeled the indicated spray bottle during the inspection.
