- Staff indicated that the lot number and sterility documentation for disposable cartridges were not always attached regular customer forms. Ensure that sterility documentation for presterilized equipment is always kept with the client's records.

- Several chemicals and cosmetic products were in unlabeled bottles at one of the tattoo station. The operator was educated on the importance of having labels on containers and instructed to ensure that all products are labelled to indicate what product is contained within.
