      • 1. Items are not being fully submerged in disinfectant. 2. Disinfection test logs are not up to date.A new solution was poured today, when it was indicated that it was newly poured on Jan 5. Solution is to be poured once every 14 days, and tested daily in between.

      • Jet motor for pedicure basins are not being disassemble and cleaned between clients. Residual was observed inside jet motor. Disassembles, clean and disinfect between clients.
