There were two 1L bottles of Preempt CS20, one was open (expired August 8, 2025) and the other was sealed (expires May 5, 2026.* There was no test strips used to verify the efficacy of the disinfectant which is require by the regulation and the manufacturer.* Disinfectant was not used as it was not previously poured out.* Test log sheets were taped to the wall, however the last records were from July 2025.

      • Hand sanitizer was not appropriate - it did not have a NPN or DIN. Ensure that hand sanitizers used have NPN/DIN, alcohol content between 60 and 90%, and are not expired.

      • No product was available or used to clean the skin prior to waxing services and eye area services.
