For example, on June 16, 2026, pasta salad was recorded at 38.2 °C, and on June 17, cut peaches were measured at 20.4 °C at the time of delivery.-Please ensure strict adherence to your food safety plan. If food is delivered in the temperature danger zone—below 60 °C for hot foods or above 4 °C for cold foods - reject the food and activate your contingency plan.
