- Comedone facial extractors were being disinfected with Barbicide.Comedone extractors are considered semi-critical equipment and thus requires high-level disinfection. CS20 was available on site for high-level disinfection. CS20 will be used for the comedone extractors moving forward. The CS20 will be replaced daily. Education provided on how to use a high-level disinfection log in the future if the CS20 is reused for more than one day. Test strips were available on site.RTU spray available for non-critical equipment.
