- Shelving in the back storage areas are constructed of unfinished wood. Shelving must be smooth, impervious to moisture and easy to clean. Options are vinyl, stain and/or paint, etc.

- The back mechanical room is cluttered and requires organization. Items must be stored in a way that allows for proper cleaning and pest monitoring.
