Comments: - The hand wash station is fully stocked with liquid soap and paper towel. - A three compartment sink is available for dishwashing. The operator will remove the non-functional dishwasher. Retain this report as written approval of this change. - Beans are now stored off the floor. - Chlorine is available at 100-200 ppm for sanitizing. - Overall sanitation and organization is satisfactory. Ensure once extra items have been removed that no areas of harbourage remain. - There were no observable signs of pests. - An approved food safety and sanitation plan are available. - The operator has completed food safe.
