- - Bleach solutions concentration was not adequate. Chlroine test strip was not available- Fresh solution was prepared and tested at 100ppm.Ensure test strips are obtained and test soultion at 100ppm.Prepare chlorine solution by; Mixing ½ to one teaspoon (2 to 5 mL) bleach into 1 litre water
