- REQUIRED HAND SINK IN KITCHEN FACILITY:As discussed, the required hand sink must be stainless steel and accommodate staff hand washing. Sink should also be equipped with an adequate supply of liquid soap and paper towels for hand washing/drying.

- Location is currently closed and not in operation and subsequently does not have a valid AHS Food Handling Permit to operate.Therefore, will complete our AHS food handling permit application form and email to the new operators for their final review.
