Discussed with managers opened foods should be stored in proper containers with secured lids to prevent contamination. Change practice.

      • *Spills and food splashes noted inside the microwave and refrigerator. Clean and sanitize *A buildup of sticky residue was observed on the juice machine nozzles. Clean nozzles and add to cleaning schedule.
